It's an easy drive with no scary parts. Do slow down after you see the 'Kaweah' population sign on North Fork Rd. The park sign kinda sneaks out of the trees.

Let's start a potluck list. Just copy, paste, and add your name.

We had so much fun at our first ever Airstream event at the Pinnacles Rally we've decided to come to this too!

I'm going to call in the morning to find out if there are sites still open and book something.

If all goes well we'll be there about 1 pm on Friday and head home on Sunday.

Pinnacles was our first rally and I just re-read all the posts from the Three Rivers rally and nice to know many I met last weekend we be at this rally as well. I have the day off and plan to be there at check in. Sequoia is wonderful and this is part of the park I have never been. All l have to do now is think of a different potluck entrée.

I just talked with the campground staff, all of the river sites are booked. They put us in #37 for now and wait listed us for a river site if anyone cancels.

See everyone a a few weeks!

Okay, thinking about some sort of desert for potluck. Not sure what yet. Are we also doing a meet and greet the first night? if so, I will do an appetizer of some sort. Kenny

Hi Folks,
Here's a thread bump. For anyone still interested in attending, there are 7 pull thru sites and 10 water/elec. sites still available. There is a dumpsite at the campground.

A few folks have asked about Friday night. We will do a Friday night appetizer meet and greet around 5:30. This will be after the Daylight Savings time change, so we will have plenty of daylight for the meet and greet and potluck. I'm thinking we will have the potluck behind the pull thru sites. If you have an extra pop-up table, it would be useful for the buffet table.
Lianne also mentioned that there is a pizza barn in Three Rivers so for those of you who are getting in on Thursday, you could meet and do dinner there.

We're at 20+ trailers and I'm thrilled for this first-time rally.

Boy AS Forum and the new laptop aren't playing nicely. I thought I just posted a reply - goodness knows what thread it ended up on, because it's not here!
I was expressing my regrets that we can't come because we'll be in our tin twinkie down in Cave Creek for our annual spring training rally of three - Bob, Julie and Punkin.
Also, the storms this weekend should put some snow under the big trees for you. Hope the roads in the park are in good shape when you go up there.

Looks like we are going to have great weather. Can't wait to see everyone. Bruce and I are going up a day early, as we want to check out the river for tubing. Lol See everyone soon.

So many of you have probably already heard about the passing of Scott J-24, Scott Tobin. He was booked at this rally in site 28. This is a River front site, and right in the middle of our group, and unfortunately available now. So if someone would like to move into it, please contact the campground.

Scott will be sorely missed!

John made the executive decision that we will now be arriving on Thursday instead of Friday. How could I argue?

If you haven't yet, please chime in on the potluck list.
Kenny, are you bringing your own birthday cake?

In other news, I spoke with Laura at Sequoia RV ranch and she said she wants to call the local news to come out and do a story on our rally. So everyone put on a clean shirt, wipe your nose, and be on your best behavior.

Very very funny Cara. I don't think that one is supposed to bake their own birthday cake. I will have to get out the Emily Post book on etiquette to see. Lol
