Sandlappers Poem
Twas the week before Springstream and all through the South,
All the Streams sat ready, parked by the house.
Polished and shining, many quite rare,
Ready to roll to the Georgia Mountain fair.
Waiting to hitch up and roll out of town,
Back to a gathering where good times abound.
Blue stripe Zip Dees and Flamingos in pink,
Homemade curtains hang by the sink.
The site all picked out, the menu is made,
Throw open the awning and sit in the shade.
Some bring the chips, others bring the dip,
I,ll bring a jar so we can all have a sip.
Meet at the shelter, the band's really great,
Good food is plentiful, just bring a large plate.
Bring all your stories, it's been a whole year,

Shop talk, recipe swap and open house too,

Schedule of events
Alan, last year I remember some especially new attendees missed some events like individual breakfast open to interested folks. Do you think it is possible to post a day by day events so folks know how to plan their time. Just an idea.

Friday 7PM Meet an greet.. Happy Hour. Bring drinks, desserts, board games, acoustic instruments or just come and say hi - Pavillion
Saturday 10 am Brunch ( bring a dish to share) Pavillion
12 noonish Tour of homes ( for those who want to open theirs) Meet at Paviilion to start
5:30 set up for dinner at 6 Pm (bring a dish to share) Paviliion
Pavillion is near basketball courts/ playground area
Sunday.... Praise & Worship meeting at the Paviliion 9 AM. Kaes family music

We have had a beautiful Thursday evening here at Ga. Mtn. Fairgrounds. There are several rigs here spread around the park. Nice to see when you take a walk.

Weather is good
A four and five year old Grand sons cooped up in an AS is tight. Time to get out and enjoy some of this great weather. We are in section A so the hill will make them tired and in hopes for a long nap. Of course I will need one too. 49 degrees.
