Well Day one of the hearing went as suspected MORE BS..

You know each round Peter and I set these expectations that at some point in all this someone will see through the oppositions motives and put a stop to this unnecessary expense. But NO.

I keep telling Peter to live by my new motto - NO expectations NO disappointements - and It has served me well this past year. Except I get dragged into the hope that someone will cut us a break.

It took 2 hours this morning for them to decide that we will need more than 2 days to hear a by-law amendment - I just about fell off my chair. We expected 1 day maybe 2! and now they will only do part of the hearing and be at least another 6 months to get then next dates in to finish the hearing - this is beyond insanity!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just about handed the deed to the land over to the judge today came that close - to tell them all to take a flying jump in the lake and if you want your 60K go ask the Dr for it.....

I really do give up - this whole thing is completely out of our control. And it is such a horrible feeling.

She loved freshly cut flowers from my Garden - ICU was very strict, and allowed a small Rose Bud Vase - they filled her room with such a beautiful fragrance and gave my Mum one last life's little treasure to take with her.
