John, I remember the morning coffee with spider activity and poor Karen coliding with your awning pole as she was tryiny to get away. Funny now but at the time- yikes!
On a side note I can go anytime but the last 2 weeks are favourable to me, I'll refrain from voting unless of course a "tiebreaker" is warranted, at which time I may be persuaded one way or the other, well, an accord could be reached somehow. It's always enjoyable to see the So Cal folks. DG

Any weekend is good for us too. We are also capable of breaking a tie.

Hi, yes it is very special. On our way back from Casini Ranch, Lee and I stopped there for a late breakfast and I got to visit the waterfall again. Years ago when we first stopped at the Madonna Inn, instead of the traditional line at the ladies room, all the women were lined up to see the mens room. Finally all the women were chased away so the danceing men could take care of business. If you missed it, click on the link on post #21

After I read the last few posts I wasn't sure if you were all nuts, so I went outside to see which phase the moon was in. Sure nuff . . . guess you're just fun.

join the new NorCal/California Streamers group site!!!
I have created a NorCal/California Streamers group website on yahoo. I stole the idea from the Georgia Airstreamers. We could use it for our own special forum which would make it easier to plan spur of the moment get-togethers. We could also post all our rally pics here and keep it as the official rally picture album.
Everyone, please join the group http://yahoo.com/group/norcalrally/

Sometimes being nuts and having fun go together.
There is a downside to the Madonna urinal....The waterfall lands on a rather flat floor and is activated by an electric eye - both when you approach, and leave. The leaving won't get your feet wet....
Back to the rally question. I have to work the last two weekends, but it sounds like one of those may be best for most. That's the way the mop flops. Pick a date, I'll see what happens.

Big Brother in the Loo!

Perhaps it's best that we've never stopped at the ol' Madonna Inn. The Las Vega-esque aesthetics are questionable ( no offense to those who love hot-pink and lava rock), but then the fear of "Big Brother" and waterfalls in the urninals leaves me tentative. I guess I'm glad I'm a girl and don't have to think about which galoshes to wear when....
Looking forward to Lake San Antonio, Tin, Turkeys and Tarantulas

Wine party?
Anyone interested in another thursday nite wine tasting? Micheal-David wineries here in Lodi may be willing to help out! if you get my drift!! The marketing and sales person there has expressed some interest after seeing the pics of Casini! How cool is that! Something to think about. DG

What do we need to do....or not to do to cement the 'interest' of this Michael David winery person? Obviously the Casini photos (was it your 'wine cellar') made an impact.
