Folks
You're out of control already.
Here's how it NOW works.
You will be assigned a spot PRIOR to your arrival.
Any special friggin requests will be thru me, not the Rancheria.Should you decide to make special requests to the Rancheria you will be placed out of the group spaces and will be paying whatever their single rate is at the time!! If they have spots available.
The reason we are getting a special rate is because I will be doing all the scheduling and spot assigning. So I'm already aware that everyone may not be happy. ANYONE ELSE wanna do this??
The Rancheria is booked, duhhhh. wonder why. Missy has extended the $25 nite charge to our group. Very nice indeed.

The reservations I have secured at the group rate are;
5 spots 9/29- tuesday
5 spots 9/30-wednesday
14 spots 10/1-thursday
33 spots 10/2- friday
33 spots 10/3- saturday
Everyone savvy???

Dan and I are working out the reservation system tonite. It will be by using the RSVP feature on the calendar schedule for upcoming Rallies. Please wait a few days before you enter any info there as we are working with moderators to make this work painlessly. The RSVP area will be the "WHOLLY GRAIL", I'm not interested in pouring thru pages of posts about what iffs, could you's and wonder what's in my christmas stocking this year stuff.

And there you have it for now.I'm installing a rifle rack in the back window of the Excella tonite- it's looking kinda nice.

Even though I don't have a trailor yet...I hope to be a proud owner of one, or two, soon! I would love to join in on the festivities for next year, so please add me to the list! Hey Murray, I'm gonna go see that 18' in two weeks, I'll let you know about the door! Maybe we can sign up for a wagon ride down to the river and pan for gold?! They also do a B.B.Q....It's Roaring Camp in Pine Grove, (about 8 miles up the road)

Please follow the format I used.
arriving day, departing day,site request.
Those that have already posted on the RSVP page please modify your entry.
I ONLY want info I need. NOTHING ELSE.
I will attempt to give you the site you request if possible.
Your chances of the site you want diminish as the weekend approaches.
ONLY 4 sites are totally guaranteed- Alumalounge,Big Dee & Coastalview (NorCal founders) and me. (insane coordinator).
You will also need to confirm as the date approaches. Sept 10th is the last day to confirm. If you do not confirm by then I will attempt to contact you prior to dropping you from the list.

This set up really makes things much easier for me to follow.I will not have to go thru pages of posts to keep things organized.
