I don't know what you should tell your friends. But I bet you never see them anyway since you seem to never be home on the weekends because you make every rally within a 500 mile radius of Simi Valley.

And I agree there is something special about this group.....

Perhaps there is something suspect in those infamous Margarita balls that should be sent to the lab for analysis...

or maybe ignorance is in fact bliss. Cheers!

I voted the last weekend. Maybe that will give me the time to button up my Tradewind. I have the black tank out as well as the toilet. Gotta get a new tank and new toilet and dump valves. Then some floor replacing (patching). Having set those goals I find since my retirement last July prioritizing all my 'must' projects is difficult. I don't know how I ever had the time for a job before.
I am also axnious to return to Casini. It has been quite awhile BA (before Airstream) but I remember Casini as a nice place. It is also just a short jaunt to Jenner on the ocean.
Neil.

jee's neil, i'm all about information. if you voted the poll, stop. sign up (rule 66 in our nor cal charter, "if a non member votes in a forum poll, he / she must attend"). bring a tent (face the opening east). we will wrap ur head in foil (we all do it), and feel free to pot luck with us 24/7. i'll be giving several seminars (i've heard that i give good seminar). please allow at least 3 days for that alone. C U there. kevbo

Not only do we wrap your head in foil (well at least the cowboys do) but we all get together and wrap the entire tent in aluminum. (Photos from 29 Palms to follow) And if you don't have a black tank you won't need to worry about chipping the ice off. This is a very helpful group and the food, drinks, and bonfires just keep on coming so come on down (up, over, etc.).

Exclamation It's decided!!! April 27-29

Looks like April 27-29 is the winner of the poll by far. So let's get planning this shin-dig. Everyone will need to make their own reservations. Lets shoot for the full hook-ups section as we have in the past. When you call Casini, ask for a full hook-up site and tell them you're with the NorCal Rally. I will call tomorrow to tell them we will be coming and they can put us all together. Everyone should make their reservations ASAP if you want full hookups. Casini is huge, so there will be no problem with late reservations but they will be limited to water/eletric sites.

Sounds like the 29 Palms Rally was super fun if a bit frozen. It was fun to see the pics of everyone. Due to Kevbo's extensive experience, I hearby appoint Kevbo to the position of official NorCal Rally Greeter and resident comedian cowboy. I look forward to his musings already. Oh wait, he's already started on this thread.

Can't wait to see everybody. Casini means seeing our more northern members of the NorCal Rally group, so thats exciting. So get planning, mark those calendars, make those reservations, and Let's Rally!

Call Casini Ranch Directly for Reservations: (800) 451-8400

Awesome! Our FIRST rally !!!

This gives me inspiration to finish those little things, and major things...

I told my husband we'll have to do some practice trips before April - you know, so we don't look like (complete) idiots !

Kevbo is certainly da man for da job. Hopefully he will be offering his services for problem resolution and have the cornhole game that was too cold to play at 29Palms...while dressed his best of course.
