This one is for you Big Dee, you will have some smoked baby backs the only change made and I hope I didnt make a mistake because the Cowboy also mention in an earlier post that he likes BBQ. With so many people showing up I figured that at least six to eight full racks would be needed just to give everyone a taste. Knowing that Monica wants to do the West Coast womens rally at the end of March and that Cowbay lives in Simi Valley I will drop them off to him on the way to the rally. Just want to keep you honest Bro.

those folks over in the four corners unit seem to taken a "shine" to your "Gopher Gumbo" pot luck dish idea, and your incorporating the now famous "smoked meat", technique. as always your a "trend setter", not a follower of the herd, so to speak, so i suppose were gonna start seeing this dish showing up at all the rally "lucks", from this post forward.

now you've touched a subject that is close to my heart. while i wait for the valet to pull my TV and AS around, allow me to expound. i have a VERY nice ta-kill-ya promo. if you were to say have Itunes (m4a file type, as in apple), and an email address to send to , i could begin immeadiatly begin to set standards, rules AND boundries. for real, really, i'm not kidding... and for FREE.

Man-o-man, wow-o-wow!!! Kip, that's too incredible. That would be sooooo awesome. I remember those ribs at PCV so well. I kept stealing thirds and fourths and felt guilty (not really ). Now I was sure excited to see you were going to make it because well ribs baby. I am sad you won't make it but you sure know how to soften the blow. Now kevbo is going to have to drive extra careful because he is bringing a very precious cargo! So thank you Kip for thinking of us and you really must make the Fall rally!

well, one thing for sure... the ribs are safe w/ the shinny cowboy. i have no idea what's gonna happen, once i arrive? mugged comes to mind...

Since our first rally in PVC then 29 Palms now there is a small gathering at the Malibu RV park and then Monica doing the Womens Rally in SB this now feels like an Airstream family to me and thats what families do is look out for one another and I know Big Bee that you like ribs how could I not without feeling guilty. I never thought I would enjoy a club setting since we've always gone our own way but I was WRONG. I do however expect lots of pics. I enjoy following the thread your friend ...Kip

Kip: We couldn't agree more. For Deb and I, it has always been just the two of us and the pets. I joined a vintage Chevy club, but never really got anything going. This AS group is too much fun. I don't know what it is, but we like it...

after doing 14 rallies last year, i rate these at the top (you should have experienced the bottom rated one's.. ACK 4X)

and i keep learning new tricks every rally w/ this group (thats good), like humor, attention to detail, friendly, humor, detail, information, one thread... tim...

i leave at 10am sharp, for the vintage rally in morrow bay state park. so i'd say the best time would be about 10:45am. bring the flatbed airstream, your going to need it. please don't upset the attack dogs, chained next to that hot ride, in the back 40.

on another note, i sent you a collectable rally post card, signed by me. it includes a personal message (rated G), and a super hero stamp. suitable for framing. xoxoxo
