I don't believe we have a volunteer for hot dog buns for Friday night yet, do we? If not, I'll step up and bring 'em. Any idea how many I need to bring?

As for a Friday evening meet & greet and trailer backing exhibition, that is fine by us.
Watch, this year we will have TOO many hotdogs and buns!
As for the trailer backing exhibition; I love good live theater!

Can someone please tell me what to bring? Please???

I didn't realize these rallies could be so stressful..........

Thanks,
Renee
Renee,

Bring whatever you want to the potluck. Heck, surprise us!
I am thinking the potluck breakfast on Saturday would be a good thing. I picked up some fruit at Aldi's this afternoon before I headed into the plant.
I will be bringing mixed fruit for the potluck breakfast/brunch.
Anyone wanna do...
Sausages?
Eggs?
Bacon?
Pancakes?
Waffles?
Cold cereal?

We can make it "BYOB" for the beverages for both potlucks....

Chickens! I go chickens!

OK, I went to Aldi's this afternoon and bought 8 chickens. I have 3 spoken for right now. I am assuming you 3 want the whole bird! I guess that also means that when I hand you a smoked chicken I will be "giving you the bird"!

OK, we'll bring buns & sweet relish for Fri and Apple Baked Beans for Sat. I may be able to talk Ike into baking a pan of his "almost world famous brownies".

Slight correction for 66Overlander - Lorrie and I will bring Hot Dog Buns for Friday, but Taco Salad for the Saturday Dinner Pot Luck.

I am not sure if I told John or not, but the Patterson clan will not be attending the pig roast.

Raffle and party supplies????

We had originally talked about holding a raffle.
I am planning on bringing my brand new set of BAL Airstream crank-down stabilizer jacks. They are brand new.
If anyone would like to donate anything let me know.
Candie is going to pick up real raffle tickets from the party supply place her near us.
If there is anything else that a party supply place has that you think we may need, please chime in!

menu additions

I also picked up some 'dogs for Friday night. Here's the list of what we're bringing:

Friday night: 'dogs and buns
Saturday b/b: pancakes (regular, blueberry or chocolate chip) and syrup
Saturday potluck: BBQ beef sandwiches and buns

We're also bringing beer and bourbon. But, I'm not sharing those.
