Perhaps this would be a good time to retire the thread?! After all, we are in 2008, planning for the year is already being talk about.

Additionally, how cool would it be to have two threads exceeding 2,500 posts?

The tradition has been, as soon as we have the location of the next rally mostly confirmed, we switch off this one and start a new one...

Wow, you know, before the Metro Detroit Rally came along, there were the groups in California, Washington state, and Missouri that really got the attention. There was almost NO mention of goings on in Michigan (except for the WBCCI Int'l in 2004) and the Missouri forum crew going up to Mackinac. I attended that, as did Sue and Ike.

Then Lou started getting the 05 rally going and this has taken on a life of its own, in just two years. Pretty impressive. 08 should be fun!

So, I'm gonna put in a plug for a rally in Dundee. For us southern folk, that extra hour drive isn't neccesarily a deal-breaker, but hopefully it would be for a good reason, not just for saying "I'm going to hell, wanna come?"

Plus, we can bring kangaroos and dingos......

First Will someone inform me of the facilities of HELL? and also what are the advantages of Dundee. Although Im from the Area of HELL I dont have knowledge of State Parks or RV Parks.
If the date is not to early So I can get the new axles under the trailer. I was just wondering if we would be Welcome being that we are not really affiliated with WBCCI or any club for that matter.

Nope in this club it dont matter Rog. Where ya been??? I will check out Hell's Campground soon..Im not sure what its like but the little town is a blast!!! Its real close to me,,,

First of all the facilities and dates do not matter, just mark your calendar accordingly when we tell you its time!! Second, This is a Forums rally you are already affliated with us by ownership or what other thing you can think of that has to do with Airstreams or Argosy's. Third, Hey Ralphie, did you hear Roger say...AXLE...???

Sorry if I stepped on any toes! Me & Dawn are looking forward to joining up with everyone wherever Lou sets the event!

I'm not about to organize another rally. I'm working on one already for theend of August at Cedar Point. I'll hopefully have firm details by the end of the week.

Tell me where & when, I'll bring the cooler.....

We're in for wherever everyone decides. Afterall, it's not about the location, right?

Sooooo......we've had an idea for the Open House portion of the weekend. How about a progressive cocktail party? We move as a group to each A/S, and the owner of said A/S serves the masses a different drink.

If done properly, we'll get to visit much and drink even more.

Yikes. Not sure how we'd make more than four or five units before falling over.
