Love the quotes, sooo funny. Keep the updates and pictures coming. We are eating this stuff up at home imagining we are right there with you. Wish we had a little reality "tv" on the rally. Anyone taking video?

Seriously, don't know if you would have time with all the fun things you ladies have to do, but if someone could take a picture of each of you in front of your own Airstream and your tow vehicle and some interior pictures, that would be to die for!!!!!!

Styling sisters! What a great bunch of shiny Airstreams and gals! Thanks for the pictures Michelle. Have you all had any comments about all the Airstreams and women only? I'd say you stand out in a crowd of other rvers.

Wonderful pictures, Michelle! They're perfect for the Silver Sisters scrapbook. You all look so great in front of your silver trailers! Nice group pic too!

While the boss is gone

Quick...all you guys who have gals at the Women's Rally...go out and get that new TV you have been dreaming about to pull your AS, or if that is too much for you, get that generator. And for those of you who are whipped, clean the house.....Hurry...before they get back home.

wow, that was fun!

I'm back home after a fun, fun, fun rally with the girls. Towing my trailer by myself wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. In fact, it was fun and empowering. I think I could make this a regular thing!

But the BEST part was camping, laughing, eating, drinking, and blabbing with all the silva sisters - Laurel, Kristiana, Debra, Janet, Michelle, Evie, Paula, and Cat. What a special group of amazing, talented, brave, independent, funny women. You guys were so supportive and encouraging - in more ways than you know! I just can't wait for the next chance to get together!

To all the Rivettes planning for the Summer Solstice Rally, we talked about you a lot, and raised a glass or two (or three, or four...) in your honor. We can't wait to hear the stories from your adventure and see lots and lots of pictures.

Lake Cachuma Rally

Am home.......I crashed this rally because I am not yet ready to tow our 27' Vintage trailer by myself but I am totally inspired that next time I will.........a great group of women and a lot of really positive energy with a large spread in ages from newly engaged-young mother-prime time-grandmothers-soon to be retired and retired folks and Laurel's dog, Ed (and Special Edition Bambi), ....We went crazy over Kristiana's jewelry and costumes, enjoyed Meredith's beans and daughter's video, Debra's (and Evie's) lanai and all around meeting place (hope you got new batteries), Michelle's wifi and cinema, and Janet's wonderful food. Thank you everyone for making me feel so welcome......and thank you to Cat, the other rally crasher........the weather was wonderful--no bugs or other critters--and a variety of Vintage to new Airstreams, Bambi's to Michelle's 31 foot comfy home......we think we even picked up some new hooked Airstreamers on this trip (Evie and Janet's niece/nephew). Way to go, Western Rosies!!! Thanks again to Michelle and Janet for being so kind to me....take care and safe journeys...pj (Paula)

What an inspiring group of ladies!!!
Thank you so much for greeting me with open arms.(even when I crashed the party without my AS) I had such great time, shopping, eating, drinking, laughing and sharing stories with all of you at the rally. I cannot wait to hang out with you girls again soon.
You girls were so encouraging and supportive. So much that we share and learn from each other...Kristiana's generosity (thanks for the vintage canisters and the Rosie jumpsuit!), Meredith's empowering spirit (towing your AS for the first time), Janet's delicious paella and your creativity (your proposed usage for my newly acquired jumpsuit), Laurel sweet sense of humor and exquisite taste (John loves his rivetted present ), Michelle's kind hospitality (I got a great night sleep on that soft leather couch of yours...sweet dreams), Paula's support and encouragment (it's great to crash the party with you!), and last but not least, Debra and Evie, who showed me what friendships are all about.
It's a rally that I'll never forget...I am sure that there'll be more to come...ROSIE Power!!!!
Yours Humble Rivette...Cat =^^=

There were no crashers. We were all Silver Sisters...even those whose trailers couldn't make it. It was one big happy (& crazy ) family!

I think our camping neighbors were all very impressed with our shiny trailers and fun spirit. Several of them threatened to leave their own SOB's and join us. Great food (and lots to drink *ahem*) and great company.

I loved hanging out with old and new friends and can't wait to do it again.

Western Rivettes will ride again soon!
