Michelle, we eastern/midwesterners promised to toast the westies, so since you're already set up, have the honor of being first, and have traveled the farthest, the first toast is for you. I'm lifting my glass of merlot in tribute to you and the Western Women's Rivette Rally! Enjoy the camp for all of us~G

Hi Sistas! We (Michelle, Debra, Evie & I) are at Lake Cachuma enjoying the morning sun and playing on our laptops. We have planted a couple of chairs to try to save some sites for you all. Site numbers 57 and 96 are available and are great...that will make a nice cluster of beautiful Airstreams. We'll also try to save sites 61 & 63. So hurry up sistas...we're waiting for you.
We may go to Los Olivos for lunch but will be back soon. The Lake looks gorgeous!
We watched a Wally DVD last night and shared a bottle of wine...ahhhhh.
Also...there are no tents allowed in this section of the park but we could park an extra vehicle easily. And Michelle has a 31 footer with plenty of room for an extra person to sleep.
Safe travels.
See you all soon!

We all made without incident.
We are all wearing our silver bikini's. yeah we have them under our jackets. I was getting cool in the evening.

Hi Gals,
I am so jealous...but glad you are having a great time.
I might drive out and crash your party tomorrow with my silver Prius. It'll take me about 2 and half hours, may be 3 from Huntington Beach. What's your plan for tomorrow? Can one of you PM me with your cell number, so if I do come, I will call ahead. Hopefully, I will see you all.

Lots to do.
Todays activities included watching the dog sleep. Taking a "short" walk, wine tasting and entertaining the neighbors.
Actually we took a long walk. We were all pooped.
Quotes of the day:
Evie asks for a bottle of water from the seat pocket. It might make her sober, but Laurel says "Chances are slim".
We could had made a hat out of that, what were you thinking?
Were not just trailer trash were high end trailer trash!
Hurry Michelle were losing our buzz!
Evie Says "Look! it very unusual to see two palm treess on top of a hill like that!"
Jack just called me wanting to know where pant his were. What are they calling me for?
Laurel says "Michelle Tequila has no sulfites!"
Paula asks "Do you feel like a regular there?"

wish you were here
we're sitting around the table eating blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, drinking hot coffee-a-la-Kristiana, and eating strawberries. The mimosas are being poured, the sun is warm, birds are singing, and it doesn't get much better than this! Wish you were here!

Quotes of the day from the Women's Rally:
You're my new best friend for removing that tick.
Hike? I want to hike through the shops in Solvang...
The big ones are impressive but the small ones are awfully cute.
(Discussing trailers of course)
And there was a long discussion on engines and hitches...
