Cool Falluminum 09

Great to hear things are moving forward on this great rally. Will be making my reservations today. Looking forward to it. We will bring our kayaks.

Great News!! The manager at the park Mrs. Thompson, blocked off 30 sites for us. So we are able to hold these up until a few months before the Rally....we usually get between 20 and 40 trailers...so this should work out.

Please book as soon as you can and mention AIRFORUMS RALLY or AIRSTREAM RALLY so she wil know to release the site.

Also there is a very good chance there will be a concert Saturday night at the ampitheatre in the park, that is right up our ally or is is rally?

Not going to spill the beans yet as it has not been announced, but for those who like them it will be the icing on the cake, literally right after our shared dinner...!

one is the loneliest number.....

Alan, please confirm something for me. I just called to book and they say your rally will be held in Section A. Apparently the waterfront sites are already booked. Please confirm that Section A is correct. I don't want to miss this rally again and sure don't want to be in the wrong section.

Thanks

Falluminum 09

Alan: Just made reservations for site A45. Looks like a nice site. All the reservations this year for the rally are in the A Section. A lot of the Park is booked so folks should not delay. I also found out the park has upgraded the WI-FI system so there should be much better internet connectivity. So, John and Robin for A45, getting there October 22, out on the 25. Put us down for a T-Shirt is there is one. The concert sounds like fun.

Decided not to wait on a response as it looks like A is the place. We are booked in A39 for 3 nights arriving 10/23.

Yes, I called back and did not realize all of B, C etc are booked. Our 30 held sites are in A.
RoyB maybe you will want to move your site over. The A sites are not waterfront, but have water views and full hookup.
At least we will all be together. I will reserve the pavillion as with the concert and all the sites booked it will be a busy place.

By the way the wifi was strong! We streamed movies from HULU all night.

Count Hedonistic Bohemian (CB) in for 3 nights in A-32. Springstream 2009 was my first camping trip out in my Airstream. By October I shall be a seasoned veteran.

We're in for A-42. They're going fast though. Some in the upper A's have already been taken by "month long" SOB's and there were only a dozen or less left in the A section. One note, sites A-23 & A-25 are for pop-ups but they will combine them into one pull-through site. He didn't say if it would have a sewer hook-up or not, so ask if you think that is what you want.

Be sure to mention the AirForums Rally or my name (ALAN) or the Georgia Airstream group, as there were 30 sites held. If you don't ask they will tell you they have only a few left. There should be 25 or so still held for us.

I'm Booked

I grabbed A-29 this morning. The campground did tell me they had held 30 sites, just some of the A section had the "month long SOBs" already booked.

Can't wait!

Just booked A 21- I was going to snag A-27, but they said it's hard to park in that site because it's on an incline uphill (just FYI if someone is planning to book that site). See y'all in October. Sorry we missed the Spring get-together - we had a prior commitment
