i have to check the fishing regs... however if the season is open on this stretch of water yes. i've learned to never assume anything, i'm always wrong. my ponderosa pine seed is germinating... life is good!
do to the rising cost of basic materials: beer, ta-kill-ya, finger nosh (for the folks from Gorman, that would be horse douvers, eaten using fingers, yours or others), scented candles and fresh cut flowers...
