Will the Marina extend the discounted price either before the start date or after? I'm thinking of showing up a day early or maybe stay a day longer. Hope to see you there
Just talked to the Marina Dunes manager she said they would give the group rate for early arriver's and late stayers as long as we have the ten sites for the main portion of rally. She also said she is going to move us to different location in park that the sites are larger more accommodating for larger trailers 27'. This trip is coming up fast, cant wait to see the otters.

We booked three nights (thurs, fri &sat.) We have never camped in Monterey. Usually have to pay a pretty penny to stay at a hotel.Love the area, so beautiful Looking forward to a good time.

Glad to see a new attendee . Just got back from Aruba talk about some intense sun .Unfortunately I don't have the skin of a iguana, that is about what you need for Aruba's sun . All of us need to appreciate Cal Beach's more than we do.I think there are the best in the world. This trip is to one of them .

I've just heard from a friend that the new sea horse exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium is fabulous. And the sea otter exhibit is open again after months of being closed for renovations. That's definitely worth a look.

Is there any way we can add NoCal to the title or the area listing of this thread? It's really MidCal more than SoCal. Some people who might be interested in going may be passing it over because "SoCal" feels farther away.

Just made the reservations for us for Friday-Sunday (wife has to work and not much time off available).

We will be there in our new trailer! This will be trip number 2 1/2 since we got in in January.

I think we're in!

Vince, Mike (13) and I are planning on being there Thursday through Sunday. I'm just waiting to hear back from Marina Dunes that they received my credit card information.

Monterey Aquarium! This should be fun!

I think I'm your tenth. I'm also a new member. I just bought a '64 Safari which will be delivered next week, and a week from then, I will be at The Marina Dunes. I can't wait to meet all of you.

Yes this is my first Airstream, and I'll tell you this waiting to have it delivered is killing me. It's my first Airstream and I've only seen pictures! I just sold a Tourette Teardrop trailer I've had for the past 25 years. The Tourette is riveted together like the Airstream and has no wood frame. It's a great little trailer, but I need a bit more comfort now and I've always wanted an Airstream.

I'm a member of the Central Coast Unit. Would love to attend. I made a reservation request via email with Marina Dunes. Once I have a reservation do I need to do anything else?

You do not need to do anything else but to get ready to have some fun.
