The VVV is alive and well! She is undergoing cosmetic and life enhancing surgery at the moment. Radiator tuck, enhanced and improved rubber implants all around, augmented clutch, more bling, lights and a bum lift for better seating.. oh yes, and a lens implant for better vision - especially forward!

This means that once again I cant bring my AS to and enjoy glamping - We have to tow VVV instead. However, no more cube truck camping for us! We will bring a hexayurt this year - at least its silver.

Once again,if anyone would volunteer to freight 5 - 8 gallons of fog liquid that would be great. We purchase it here in Canada and it comes from the US. It would save mobney to cut out the middle man :-) We will pay for it of course.

It occurs to me that there's folks looking for photos, so here's some dusty pics. Of the Temple, taken in just a few minutes apart.

Here's what I do at the office, sometimes we're looking at an alien vehicle to be sure it's mutated enough from the assembly line. Mutant Vehicle applications processing will be starting in a few weeks now.

Airstreameri Radio

I hope this will turn out to be useful.....I have been allocated 87.9 Mhz on FM for Airstreameri Radio. It will be Part 15 compliant (no license) and very low power but should cover the camp. I will be asking for contributions of music, poetry, comedy, and any other materials that fit into the general airstreameri theme (route 66, the 60's and 50's, surfer, vacation, etc). I am going to set up an IPOD to simply run through the material repeatedly. The more material the better though. I'll bug everyone to send me materials in the near future but in the meantime think over what you might have. I can be reached via email at KK6BSO@icloud.com I'll be looking for IPOD ready files.

Cosmic AKA Cosmicray AKA Ray

Cosmic and Spitfire will be returning and Rangering. Likely arrive Friday

Me, my husband and a friend have our tickets and a vehicle pass and a new Basecamp (currently incarcerated at the dealer waiting for axle replacement). We opted for solar and the 2 optional tents. We're burner virgins, but we've wanted to go to Burning Man for ages. So, I'm looking for a camp.

DPMarshall, you are totally welcome to join us. Be advised that we are never assured of being "placed" (no small camp is), so watch this space.

Do you have a 1975 Sovereign 31'?? I am going to look at the exact same thing for purchase on April 19th here in Pa! Is there any tips you can share with me? I have never been inside an airstream but want to purchase one and be a part of the "Group/Cult"

Hi all!
The Silver Olive is over the hill at Sierra Trailer Restorations. They've promised to have her complete by August so we can return this year with an operational head and flowing H2O.

Juju and I are in for the burn 2017. The Maryland girls are on the fence. I'm going to have to work on them real hard.

Learned a lot last year - hoping the preps are not as overwhelming. Tho I did score a bit more foam - so one of the lounge sacks will be ripped open and a new, larger cover made. Y'all are welcome to come lounge with us!

The trailer cleaned up well with vinegar and water. The trucks interior too - though I get the sweet smell of playa when the heat is running. Unfortunately the engine still looks like it caught fire - a friend asked why it was covered in ash. Whoops.

Can't wait to see y'all!

Cheers,
FunKi (thanks for the improved name NevadaGoe)

Dean has a ticket, but I'm not sure he will camp with us. I will pass the request on to him.

Do I recall correctly that the Bar still needed a California Trailer plate? If so can someone confirm. I think I can locate one

CA Trailer Plate

YES! Jethro does 'need' a Cali trailer plate for the bar if possible. We have CA car plates but have not been able to find the elusive CA TLR plate yet...
