We're celebrating Janet's husband's (Gary) 60th birthday and dusting off our trailers for the season. Join us for an informal weekend of snoozing, potlucks, and helping Gary slide into the next decade. We've never camped here before so why not try it! A few of us are arriving on Thursday. Regarding meals:

I'm thinking potlucks would be best for dinner if the weather is good and you want to eat together. We'll bring a grill if you want to borrow.

About cake for the old dude: There is no Birthday Cake for Gary he has requested a cookie extravaganza - bring your best batch if you have time. He can eat cake once his teeth fall out (in a few more years).

I'm willing to cook eggs to order on Sunday morning for all comers. If you want to contribute please bring some fruit or some yummy baked item.

Friday, March 28 - Celebrating Rene's birthday. Pot luck - Mexican theme.

Suggestions: Beans, salad, guacamole, tamales, tacos, enchiladas, cheese, sour cream, salsa, chips, fruit, dessert


Saturday, March 29 - Celebrating Gary's birthday. Pot luck - Celtic theme. Gary is cooking corned beef.

Suggestions: appetizers, salads, vegies, fruit, dessert - bring your favorite cookies


Sunday, March 30 - Janet will cook her famous to-order breakfast.

Suggestions: coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, salsa, fruit

Hi all,

We're leaving tomorrow morning. Will be bringing Guacamole salad for Friday night. Saturday we're bringing Dakota whole grain bread and chocolate chip bar cookies. Sunday breakfast we're bringing fruit. Hope the rain stays away......but if not, we're bringing our Easy-up with sides and fire dancer. Excited to see everyone again and maybe play some music while there!

It was great to see everyone again. We had a great time. Good company, good food, a very nice park. What more could you ask for. Well maybe less wind.....

Thank you Gail for organizing this rally.....had a great time celebrating everyone's bday! Maybe we should have renamed this the "Leak test rally" with all the water problems everyone had! Looking forward to Area 33 in May!

Thanks to all - we enjoyed the park and the pleasant weekend. Went home via Walla Walla and US 12, overnighting in Orofino. Roads clear, sunny on Monday most of the day, only rain showers Sunday afternoon here and there. Still lots of snow on top of Lolo Pass. We'll be at Area 33...
