Also making a Almond Roca Buttercrunch bar for Thurs.
The pup looks to be about the same size (height) as the yorkies.

Cute pup! So you and Gary resolved your differences between a lap dog and a large breed dog?? I guess so if it's part poodle and part Aussie!
So is Wascobob no longer an airstream owner? I thought they still had their MoHo. We'll miss Bob & Molly!
FYI..... If you're going to Area 33 thru Irrigon,OR on I84 a young couple who live in town bought our Argy. They live at 505 SW 3rd street in Irrigon.

I hadn't heard that! Oh no, I'll miss them too - they should come camp with us, airstream or no

Thinking of you all
Good Morning to all our Area 33 friends. We didn't make it again for the second year. Boy does time fly. It's 6:18 a.m. here in Yreka. And I'd swear I can smell the bacon cooking clear down here. Gary is that you up at this time also.

I say Bob and Molly should come with their Bluebird anyway! We can tar and feather them later....

I hope someone has computer access so they can get this. I hate to even type this, but we are not going to make it afterall. We have had a personal crisis come up and being away is just not the best scenario for us right now. We were so looking forward to camping with you all again at beautiful Trout Lake. We really are disappointed. For sure next year.

We missed you guys who couldn't make it! Many thanks to Gary, Janet, & Chris for bringing much of the hardware that makes a cold spring rally possible!

Thanks Janet and Gary for hosting A-33 once again. Carol and I had a great time. Thankfully it didn't rain that much but was on the chilly side.(it poured one night but was done when we got up the next day)
We did get a few glimpses of Mt. Adams. We got in some much needed relaxing. It was just the ticket.
The food was great ! Mediterranean night was a hit.
We missed those who couldn't make it.
Thanks for the plug Steph. I like to help out anyway I can. It is the attendees that make the rally and the equipment just helps it be that much better.
Sorry I didn't bring my $20 coat along Jim and Loren. My bad . Janet did offer to rent me hers for a $1 an hour. In my defense I did buy another pretty cool $20 jacket
JD, Thanks for the personalised can of whipped cream. lol. That was great.
It was really great to see everyone again. I've missed the rallies so very much and need to do more. I just wish work would cooperate more, sigh...
Here are a few pics.....

I now know two notes on the Cello !
Of course I can only play a carbon fiber cello. That was by far the coolest cello I have seen.
I want a carbon fiber Airstream now.

We had a blast! Thanks for bringing the extra whipped cream... but I just have to ask, why I kept finding whipped cream cans behind Michelle's car?
Monday was balmy and beautiful - it was a shame to leave.

It was where they ran out.....
Monday was a very nice day on the way back. We stopped at Beacon Rock SP. Not suitable for a rally but some great views. Great weather for a trip back and fixing Carols car wich was dead when we got home.
I didn't want to leave that's for sure.

Janet & Gary, thanks for another great get-together and for bringing all the gear.
It was fun to see everyone again and to meet new ones too.
The weather could have been better, but the food and music more than made up for it.
NorCal, we missed seeing you again - hope to see you next time.

Thank you everyone for the warm reception that we received. We enjoyed meeting all of you and look forward to future get-togethers. On the way home I turned right onto 141 (instead of hwy 14). That is a mistake a person will only do once although we did find the Ice Caves Eventually I realized my 141/14 mistake and we found our way home and did it without having to take the narrow bridge.

Ditto on the gear everyone...with out it camping on Memorial could be pretty wet and cold. Thanks 3-m's for the mellos and all the tips on how to get the perfect toast ..or "char" in some cases!!
Jer got in some good napping...(anyone notice the rumble coming from the truck every afternoon?)
...and good job to all the obsessed puzzlers , for their knowledge of the 60's!
...and missed everyone who could come this time.
