Just wanting to thank everybody for welcoming us into your family, this was our first Rally and first time for the trailer in 18 years. Signed up for the Springstream in Ga in a few weeks. I went back through my dad's old pictures and ran across this one from 1972 at Palmeta Cove thought I would share it.

Thanks everyone.....
....for your many kind words, and the sercys. It was another great rally, ONLY because of all the fine folks that came, contributed, worked, shared, hung out and helped out.
As always, I had more fun than anyone.
Quoting our good friend David Felver, "People make the rally, the trailers are a bonus". Well said and so true. Thank you David.
We had 102 rigs, about 250 people, covering 20 states including Canada. Thanks especially to all of you that made the long haul. About 50% had never been to Alumalina before. Hope you will come back.
Many hands make light work, and there were many hands working hard to make things happen.
Terry and Annie.....hours and hours behind the scenes. Great pals.
Beffie....Seven Brooks, greeter and rally bag giver outer. And my sister.
Jake B.....Early bird coffee maker each morning.
Gary and Linda...GCinSC2....Camp fire cooks, DO chefs, keepers of the fire
Henry and Melinda....Captain Hank....Chief bog engineer, fine jewelry maker
Jon, Allyson, Rebecca....Chill Points....camp fire cooks/dutch oven chefs.
John and Linda Foster....Name badges, cooks, clean up crew.
Bonnie and Greg...Just Retired....always helping in the kitchen. Tx Vanna.
Phil, Sue, Cheryl...sound system, good whiskey, Cheryl returns thanks.
Jerry and Irene....Bandits...great TPMS seminar.
Pam D....Tin Bender....Great seminar on solo women airstreaming. Tx Doll.
Ken W....SCTinMan....kept up with the raffles.
Bob W....Rob and Jan....also worked the raffles.
Paul W....Great service Sunday morning.
John and Anne...Big Hooter..always available and pitch in wherever needed
Darrell..TC Wheels...new Alumalina banner, really nifty ''drink riveted'' cups
Ronnie B....in my corner Saturday night.
Bill T....bog chef
Tom S....another bog chef
Sonny M....bog chef and keeper of the other bog chefs.
My apologies if I left anyone off, but please know everyone appreciated your hard work to make it all happen.
Rita sends her best, and her thanks, to all that brought her gifts. she had a great time Saturday afternoon.
Thanks to all that contributed to the door prizes. They were great and added so much fun to Saturday night.
Thanks also to everyone for the fabulous pot lucks...non better, anywhere.
Great job everyone.
No kidding....I had more fun than anyone.

1972 Pic
One more PIC if you were there John I believe it would be the kid in the back with the hot pants. 1972 is what these were marked. Again thanks for a great Rally.

Protect those possums!
Thanks to all that made Alumalina a great event. Learned a few things, met some nice folks, ate some yummy food, and enjoyed touring the area. Thought this article would be of interest.

We were not able to make it to the rally but saw someone mention they had a TPMS installed. We are in the market for one, and suggestions or tips?

I just bought and installed a six-sensor system for my 34' trailer. No real experience yet, but it showed me I need to get my air compressor out! Pressures vary from about 43 to 58...

TSI is the way to go!! Jerry, "bandits" guided me step by step installing them 3 years ago.. Flawless operation after 10k miles of towing 2 Airstreams.. One unit tracts 6 tires, mine 4 tires on one trailer and 2 on the other.. Have two other reps who sell and have great expertise with TSI's TPMS, Steve lives in north Georiga and Gevin lives in mid GA in the Cummings area.. PM with questions or contact info for one of them... p.s. I'm just a happy customer (camper), no compensation for this endorsement.
