Good day Groovy Guys and Lovely Ladies! My name is Tuesday and I have had the pleasure of attending several rallies with my family. I have been entrusted with the coveted Flamingo Hat, however myself and Jaime Cavness are combining our efforts for the fall rally. We are in the planning stages for the venue. We are so excited!
We have found a lovely venue in the Branson area, the Stagecoach Campground. Branson seems to be a favorite for the locale among the rally folks. This is a quiet campground, located off of HWY 165 in Branson, Less than a mile from the State Park Marina. Stagecoach Campground's location is convenient to the 76 strip and all of Branson's shows and dining. They have a club house that would be exclusive for our use on our weekend for our group activities!! They have 57 sites, full hook up with Wi-Fi throughout the park only $25.00 per night, restaurant on site and pool too. With all that being said, the park said they could keep us together!
September Thursday 21st to the morning of Sunday 24th is what we are aiming for, as it seemed that quite a few folks have plans in October…. and this is the beginning of fall!! We have much planning going on to make this a truly memorable and fun event. Jaime Cavness is going to check out the venue in a couple of weeks.

Have there been any more plans about this upcoming rally? Don't see it on the calendar and it will be September pretty soon.

It's tempting. It's the weekend after the WBCCI Lousiana Unit's Installation Rally, and my schedule is open. One day at home to do laundry, collect mail, and stock groceries after the Installation Rally, then two days on the road to Branson. Yep, it's doable and I'm definitely interested, but I'm not quite ready to say "Yes." How soon do we have to make reservations before they release the rally campsites to the hoi polloi? I need a few days to check into some other things before I make up my mind.

Besides, I haven't been to Branson since High School!

Just confirming, the campground and price listed on the RSVP page are different from the campground and price listed in Post #1 of this thread.

Won't affect whether I go or not, just want to make sure of the venue and price change.

The venue is America's Best Campground. Did a little digging and opted for this instead of Stagecoach. Thank you!

Hi All - we attended the fall rally in Branson for Halloween in 2015. Great time with lots of wonderful people. Love seeing this on the calendar again and are very interested in participating. Is anyone planning on bringing children? We have 3 young ones and they enjoyed meeting all of the other children at the campground. Thanks, Mark

Just changed my RSVP from "Tentative" to "Yes" because there is no option for "YES!!!!"

Turning the 4-night rally into a 16-night trip, so I can start to make up for lost time when I was stuck at home for too long.

Attending the WBCCI Louisiana Unit Installation Rally, then headed for Branson, with a stop at a CoE campground near Pine Bluff, AR. After the Air Midwest Rally, headed home by a different route, with a stop at a CoE campground on Grenada Lake in Mississippi.

I don't know if anyone answered your question but I know Tuesday and husband have 2 boys and a girl I believe, so yes! Children are always welcomed.

RV Park & Campgrounds in Branson, MO | America's Best Campground

FYI, I just made our reservation with America's Best Campground. I was number 16 to reserve and there are only 8 on the rally calendar, not all are using this forum because there is also a facebook page. Anyway, Michelle at ABC says for any others wanting to attend to make your reservation ASAP if you want to camp with the other Airstreamers because the campground is filling up and she can't hold the sites together for much longer.

The multiple Air Midwest Rally threads are somewhat confusing— unless you've subscribed to (or bookmarked) all of them.

I don't do Facebook, and that leaves me wondering who RSVPed on Facebook but not on AirForums. Would be nice to have the full guest list in one place on the RSVP page. Perhaps those who only RSVPed on Facebook could be persuaded to RSVP on AirForums as well?
