Hi all! We are just about a month away so I just wanted to make sure if you have made your reservation for the rally, please let me know and give me your site number. I'm going to update the confirmed list in the next day or two.
Also if you plan to participate in the Saturday night pot luck start thinking about that. I'm going to start that list so that we all know what folks are bringing. Your main course is of course for you only, so we are just looking for side dishes or deserts items to share.
Finally just to remind you I'm supplying hot dogs and buns for Friday snacking around 5 pm at my site. Only thing you need to bring is drinks for yourself. I'll also have mustard, ketchup, bbq sauce, and relish. I'll also have napkins, paper plates, and some plastic utensils. I'll cook the dogs on my grill. If you want to bring anything else to share, it's up to you.
Saturday at noon will be the start of open house and trailer tours if you wish to participate. Saturday night after dinner and when it gets dark, I'm going to have a movie to watch outdoors!

Hope all is well with you. Some of us will be there before the official start Friday and if you aren't sure if you are coming, not all sites at the campground are reservable. So if you can get there Thursday, you will find open sites. If you want to reserve but may have to cancel, be aware that you can cancel and get your reservation money back, except for the processing fee you pay when you make your reservation.
