If the fridge is not running...... Put a trash bag over the lower vent and close it. THis will keep most of the water out.

Ideas? oh you mean food? I like the idea.

I like the mexican food theme idea. Sign me up for a taco salad and some margie fixins. I'll also make a quiche for brunch on Sunday...although, it will be the first time I've ever used my trailer's oven, so if things don't work out then we may be having scrambled eggs instead

Laurel, sorry to hear your beauty has sprung a leak. I have found a couple of new leaks too. My leaks are from deteriorating seals around a roof vent and a window, so I know what you mean about soggy towels. I hope my replacement gaskets are on a fast UPS truck - we are supposed to get rain for a few more days....

Hi Ladies,

i am fairly new to the forum and totally new to trailering. this week i am picking up my first trailer...it is a 1958 18 footer. very cute i think. i have never pulled a trailer nor campt in one but this is what i have been dreaming of so here i go. i wanted to know if i could join you? i will go onto the campground website to make a reservation.

offer lots of help and trailering tips if you want them.

This forum is a wealth of info too so search away.

Rallies are a great way to meet fellow Airstreamers and see lots of great silver.

OK, i finely got a reservation. i couldn't get anything in Fox but, got a spot in Egret # 2. they said it was across the way from where most of you are going to be. looking forward to meeting everyone. oh, i do knit but, i'm not a very good cook. please let me know if there is anything that i need to think of bringing since this is my first event and i wouldn't want to come empty handed.

Nice work, Sandra! We're so glad you will be joining us. You don't have to be a good cook to enjoy this rally....just bring whatever you feel comfortable with. We always have a lot of food around, so no one will go hungry!
