We'll womp every thread. We're gonna take this one into the 2008 Can opener Rally. We'll have so many digits on the views that the server will crash.

I think the good times rolled!!!
Didn't get a chance to meet everyone. Why you ask??? Because there were too many people (and because a certain member of my party kept me on the go). Great job organizing this Devoman and really enjoyed meeting you and your family. A long and nasty 9 hour drive back but it was worth it. Look forward to seeing everyone on the road and definitely at the 2008 Can Opener.

we're home..
We made it home about 5 pm.. we too had a great time meeting everyone. Great food too, everything was soooo good. But....we especially loved the chicken and dumplings and Monkey Bread, if whoever made these are willing to share their recipes it would be great. Thanks again Steve and (whoever else helped in organizing this) for getting this going, we definitely will be at the next one..

We made it back home around 7:45pm and had a blast during this rally and will be making reservations as soon as the dates are finalized for the next one. There was so many people to talk to and learn new ideas about our airstreams. A big thank you goes to Steve and his wife and all the others that aided in this event. Hope to see all of you and more for the next canopener rally. Davis and Kelly

Great Pics Klattu.
Those are great pics.I did have a really good chance of taking pics at the potluck supper but you did. Thanks for posting those great pics.I can not wait to see the rest of them.I know there are a lot.
Right now we decided to stay an extra night at Topsail.2 more Airstreams come in today and we met a couple that had one in the works and all 3 of them did not even know about what was going on.They wished they knew but now they know about the forums I think.Other people had talked to them and had told me about it.

Pulled in around 7:15pm this evening. Wow, awesome pics ya'll. Klattu, you have a way with the camera. And AWESOME RALLY. Wonderful food, great atmosphere, lots of things to learn. Mom even started talking about "next time we go to Topsail" during the drive home. It was great meeting some new folks and catching up with some I've met before . . . . even Clancy Boy. He can't blame me anymore for not winning something at a rally.
Thanks Canoe Stream and flyfshr, yes, that was my TW with the red awning. A little problem with my winterizing reared its ugly head when I hooked up the water. I've got to say, I've talked about the SOBs in jest, but I found some of the folks inside those SOBs are the best in the world. A guardian angel of a gentleman in a huge Class A motorhome spent all of Wednesday afternoon helping me fix my leaks so I could have water without a flood.
Thanks Steve and Misty for hosting such a great event. Major karma to you.

Thanks again to Steve and Misty (Devoman) and others for putting together the rally! Great success - a blast from our standpoint.
Here are a few more pictures - and final evidence that you CAN go off-roading with an Airstream.
Thanks again all!
