I enjoy cooking, too, but I bet Jumbalaya is like Key Lime Pie, every family has their own version! Since I am not a Floridian, just an admirer of Key Lime Pie, I have had to adopt a recipe I found in " A Taste of Tampa". Even so, I have adapted that recipe to my family's taste preferences.

I'd like to go to Seaside. It's got a sushi Airstream (well I don't eat fish but still cool) and a snack bar Airstream and cute square with shops and nice book store.

We would be up for a visit to Seaside, and we like sushi too. Maybe we can organize a tour and carpool over.

Hi to my newest, bestest friend! You are planning all the trips that I am planning!
Can't wait to see everyone! I think we will be bringing TJ's SOB this time. I struggled with this decision, but we do need to be fair and not hog all the trips with my Airstream. Besides, his oven works and mine doesn't! He also likes to cook all you single ladies out there, and is mighty fine at it too!

Sushi at 1400 Friday afternoon sounds great. Don't laugh, I'll only eat the veggie sushi, but I love it just the same.

Is anyone familiar with Walter Anderson's art ? m afraid the family compound was destroyed by the storm, but I wonder if the museum and some of the galleries are still operating? Fascinating work;some of you might enjoy that sidetrip if we find things are open or operating. Ocean Springs.

Or, is anyone interested in CATCHING fresh fish? Maybe Thursday if you're an early bird. I'm not sure what kind of boat charter options are down that way in January, but early on I considered checking into this. I just haven't done it yet.
