I must say that the heated swimming pool makes it very tempting for my two boys. I'll talk it over with the wife.

Thing is my wife will be back at work and the kids will be back in school by then. I don't get home 'till at least 6:00 PM so by the time we get on the road it would be nearly 8:00. That would put us getting in around 1:00-2:00 AM local time. I'm not sure my immediate neighbors would be too happy with me pulling in at that hour and trying to back into a camp site with my diesel.

There might be neighbors that aren't part of the group that might not like me in the morning. Besides, the campground might not be open to arrivals at that time.

Ron and I are new to the Airstream family. We recently acquired a Bambi QuickSilver. We have read this thread and are excited about making it our first long distance outing. We just made reservations for site #158 tonight. Looking forward to meeting you all!

I have a nephew who may be buying a classic SOB and may attend as we may go on the road from Topsail. I will make him park on the other side of the tracks. If the deal completes it will be a coach worth looking at. I tried to put him in an Airstream but he did not see the light.

We're home with our new to us '03 22' International CCD FB. We cannot wait to get back on the road - camped this weekend in TN. It was great. Now we are looking forward to Florida in January, and maybe making this the start of a long trip for us. Looks like things are building - that's great to.

Wow - a Bambi QS - now that will be a treat to see.

Hey Sugarfoot - we've been with out Daisy for 5 days, we are having seperation issues -

Mike, I'm glad you and Tina made it back home safely with your new baby. And wow, Devoman, look what you started. This "little get-together" is growing quickly to a full-blown rally.
