Unpacked my bathing suit and repacked my long Johns and a
Santa Hat and Gloves.
Along with 12 flamingos and who knows what else we have to "Rock Around Our Airstream"
I wish everyone Happy Trails Down to the Blanco River . Miss Kay, we will miss you very much and we are sad that there will be no Banana Pudding this year that could ever live up to yours !
Hope you all have something Good to fight over for the Dirty Santa Game because I have seen what we have and You Will Want IT !!!

Day one in Blanco State Park for our 11th Christmas Non Rally Rally! Yesterday was gorgeous weather, cool crisp and sunny! Got to see lots of old friends and some new ones as well. Sorry for those who had to cancel because I think we are in for a great rally. I see lots of shiny silver trailers already, many came early for the great fellowship with friends. We will be handing out your flamingos on Friday for the decorating to begin for our decorating contest. No cheating guys! We have secretly marked each bird so there can be no ILLEGAL entries! Your host, The Watermann's are in site #3, The Robinson's site #4 and the Gordon's site #6, if you have any questions stop by and chat. I will have a coffee urn with lots of fresh coffee for the coffee drinkers, bring your cups!! We may have had a cancellation at the park so keep checking if you are trying to get in here at Blanco State Park. Remember judges for the flamingo contest CAN be bribed! LOL!!

I have not cancelled yet. I will lose my first day $17 any way. I can add someone as an authorized user and they can take my reservation. You will have to pay day two's fee of $17.

On second thought, I think that all of those are EXCELLENT ideas!!!!

Second day in Blanco more Airstreamers arrived today! Woo hoo great time, beer wine and spirits are a flowing! Coffee at the Watermann s in the morning bring your cup! Hopefully we will have a good fire going thanks to the Robinson's and the truck load of wood!

Well the close of another Blanco Christmas non rally rally! I certainly hope that everyone had a great. We had a beautiful turnout for our rally, thanks you to all who attended! On behalf of Dennis and I, we want to thank you so very much for sharing our joy and fellowship this Christmas season. Hope to see you all at next years 12th annual Blanco Christmas non rally rally the second weekend of December 2014. Make your reservations early!

What a wonderful rally again! Many thanks to the Waterman's, Gordon's and Robinson's for a GREAT non-rally rally. Roseann and I were to see our old friends and to excited that we met some new ones. Thanks so much for the pictures! It was no ugly sweater LOL it was tacky Christmas sweater LOL!! I thought you guys looked wonderful and so thrilled that you participated in our crazy wacky rally hope to see you next year. Remember second weekend in Dec always!

Dennis and I made it home back on the lake this evening about 6pm. Congratulations to all the winners of this years campsite decorations and the infamous flamingo contest! Remember next years rally is always the second weekend in December!

A huge Thank You to Mary, Deb & Lora for organizing yet another super successful "An Airstream Christmas in Blanco State Park Not-Really-A-Rally Rally, Version 11".
I know I was wimping out & going home every night ~ it was just sooo cold 'n wet at night. I'm hoping that by the 2014 rally I'll be healthy and mo betta able to participate. Such great fun, so many fun & intresting Airstreamers.

Ohhhh that Really Was FUN!!
Thank you for all the fun and games, our Fabulous Hostess's, Mary, Lora and Debbie along with Dennis, Mike and Ken, brought us another great NonRally Rally, that somehow has tons of planned events all thru out the weekend, that are never planned . There were wonderful meals and a hidden keg of something that made everyone forget it was only 36degress at night was it cold?
My favorite thing was the so called Dirty Santa Game, anyone who saw that last move Mr. Jim made had to agree that Yes Virginia there IS a Santa Claus!
....oh and yeah WE ROcked the Campsites!!!!!!!!!
