Water heater difficulty lighting on propane

Hi everyone
I知 sure I知 not alone. We recently purchased a 2013 Interstate twin 22 for local fun times. I知 having a bit of trouble with the gas portion of the hot water heater. If we just flip on the switch it will not light and after about 30 seconds we get the bright red light on the control panel indicating a failure. If I open the outside access panel it lights up fine. I知 guessing the igniter is not getting enough air. What to clean out? Any suggestions of what to look for?
