Replacing LP Gas Detector

I have a 2014 Intl Signature. I was told by Airstream Customer Care that there is no fuse inline. What tips are available on replacing the unit?

LP Alarm replacement

Replacing the LP Alarm is fairly easy. Simply remove the old unit and replace with the new one. These Alarms usually have a useful life of 5 -7 years. The manufacture date will be stamped somewhere on the alarm. I am however a little surprised Airstream said there is no inline fuse. My 2004 classic has a 1amp inline fuse located along the supply line about one foot from the bus bar attachment point.

Same here,, 2005 classic and there is a 1 amp glass fuse on the buss bar.. I take it apart when in storage to help not kill the batteries so i am more than likely sure there is a fuse somewhere. the 5-7 yrs is powered on the whole time. If you pull fuse when in storage (some 6 months a year) I would suspect something close to 10 yrs but that is my opinion of course.
