Propane tanks no longer register on Micropulse

2010 Classic 30, I removed one of my propane tanks to take it in for refill. When I plugged it back up, neither tank registered at all on the Micropulse. All was working well prior to the refill.

I've traced the wires and all appear to be in order, and I've also checked the 12v breakers and all look fine there as well. I've recycled power on the Micropulse and at the master switch to no avail.

Is there anything else I may be missing?

Yes, I know the MP is a piece, but ours has worked remarkably well for us over the years...and I don't really think this is an MP issue anyway.

Yes, I know you can get by just fine without having propane levels inside the coach, but my OCD just won't let that happen.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Do the tanks have good ground through the hold down clamp and/or the or base?

Yes, but I set the tanks down on the ground to troubleshoot as I was getting nowhere when it was all assembled in towing configuration.

Hook a jumper cable to the tank and a good clean frame ground and see if it registers. Of course the gauge wire must be hooked up as well.

Ground it was! Much obliged for the assist, dznf0g. I took a bit of steel wool to clean off the frame where the tanks sit and gave each a good twist into their base and all is good in my OCD trailer world again.

I'm embarrassed to state that I didn't know the propane gauges worked that way. Thanks for the lesson!
