Propane tank readout on Firefly panel

Hi All,

Has anyone had the following problem? When we refill our propane tank and hook it back up the Firefly panel still shows empty even though it's full. Any suggestions on what's going on? The wiring seems to be ok so not sure where to go from there. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

montanachick

Sounds like you have a poor ground between your propane cylinder and the associated position on the frame. If you have a poor ground, a full tank might indicate empty on the panel. Make sure the cylinder hold down is tight and no debris between the cylinder and frame such as excessive rust. Hope this helps.
