Oven Temperature

Our Atwood RA2135 stove oven is off 100 degrees. It heats to 200 when set at 300, heats to 300 set at 400 etc. It is consistent so we can just set the dial higher but it would be nice to adjust it. Can someone tell me how? It has sealed burners if that makes a difference in how you remove the top or get behind the front panel. Thanks
