I am guessing that you're talking about the fill valves for your propane tanks?
There is indeeda new style safety valve available, called an OPD valve.OPD stands for Overfill Protection Device.
Anyways, look in teh yellow pages for your area, and call propane suppliers. There should be an industrial propane place in every county. They can usually do this for you. If not, you will have to buy new tanks.
If your tanks are lauminum tanks, then they are well worth converting.

Angel,

Take your time and find a propane shop that knows how to do it. Aluminum tanks take a different dip tube than the steel ones.

When I had the aluminum tanks on my Minuet updated and re-certified, I ran into similar difficulties. You might be able to try what worked for me -- my coach was at my regular Airstream dealer for maintenance and I mentioned the problem to the Service Manager -- he had the contact information for a company that was fimiliar with refitting the aluminum tanks. The procedure was handled quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost -- about $30 per tank (20 pound). Since my coach had to remain with the dealer for some repairs, the Service Department even expedited the tank update for me.

Good luck in locating a shop to update your tanks -- they are out there, but not always easy to locate!

Kevin

Try one of you local Propane suppliers , they may be able to order them for you , they are Worthington alum tanks . If you Google - Worthington you can find your closest distributor , S. C. and GA , and have them shipped to you . Then find a local propane service to have them installed and re-certified. They have to be re-certified every 5 years.Good luck
