What type of sensor does the Micropulse system use for the LP tanks.

I believe it is just a float type sensor in the tank. Presume you have an electrical connection to your tanks.

We have them, but I don't find them great and don't really need them anyway.

I don't rely on the auto switchover valve on the regulator either, I like simple!

I just leave one tank only open. When gas runs out, I switch to the full tank and get the other one filled !

For that it is worth I use the Mopeka LP tank monitors. They mount externally to the tank on the bottom using a magnet on the device.

They use sonar to determine how much LP is in each tank in 1% increments. Bluetooth connectivity to a mobile phone app.

I have an Tech Edge I-Series tank monitor. It can monitor up to 6 holding tanks and 2 LP tanks. For the LP tanks it requires 90 ohm sensors. The only 90 ohm sensors I can find are for horizontal tanks with an extra port.
