Information on LP for 2019 Interstate Grand Tour

Just picked up new Grand Tour and LP is going down very fast and really haven’t used it much. Might be a dumb question but which way is off for the bleeder valve and could it leak gas slowly? I seem to get a brief smell of gas when by the LP fill area.

Pull out your owners manual pronto, there will be a diagram.

Looked in manual. No photo or information on which way it turns for open and close. Things normally open counter clockwise and close clockwise. Normally, you know how that goes. This was turned all the way to the left.
