Help connecting the main gas line to a regulator 1965 Trade Wind

I'm updating my 1965 Trade Wind with a new gas regulator but can't seem to find a flare to flare 5/8 to 1/2 inch. The main copper gas line looks to be a 5/8 in flared female but all the newer hoses are only 1/2 inch to 3/8.
Any suggestions on where to find this part would be GREAT..

You may have to make one from flare to pipe thread adapters and a pipe thread to pipe thread connector. That's what I did.

Our local Ace Hardware has quite a few bins of different brass flare fittings including quite a few that go from 5/8 to 1/2, a reducing union should do what you need it to do.
