AFAIK their is an in-line fuse on all of these located in the 12V distribution box in the front of the trailer. On mine it is the front port side, though others may have it starboard. Not easy to get to necessarily, but that is where you would find the fuse.

Our alarm used to go ON! whenever the dog laid up against it and passed gas. Like the alarm I found that act to be undesirable. Moved dog alarm goes off.

Solved the problem (for us)

It was our first trip in the Airstream. We were woken at 4:30AM by the beeping LP alarm. We did not smell propane.
We couldn't figure it out for a while, got on the forums - but nothing seemed to work. Then, we noticed our heat was blowing cool air...
I went out and saw that one of the tanks was closed, so I opened it.
Came back in and the alarm persisted. One of the tanks had gone empty. The heat went back to blowing hot air. Still the alarm persisted...
I opened the vent in the bathroom and left the door open. Soon the alarm stopped and the LED went back to green.

So, try opening a vent!

Best wishes, this never seems to happen during the daytime.

Annoying propane alarm

If holding the reset button doesn't work, take the alarm out of the wall and cover it with a pot, frying pan and two pillows. Go back to sleep and it should be off by the time you wake up in the morning.
