Freezer cold fridge meh?
First off I have a Domestic Rm2652 fridge in a 2002 Safari. About a week ago we went on our first trip and the fridge and freezer worked great off the lp. Started it up today and the freezer got cold but the fridge wasn't cold enough while running off of the generator. Tried switching over to propane and got the same result and thought it's just a hot and muggy day it needs more time. Left and got to the campground with the fridge on the propane mode the whole way and no change. Plugged it into shore power and a bit longer no change. Freezer in freezing and fridge is making the food that came from the fridge in the house warm.
Any ideas?

Add what the solution was to your thread, that's the value of this stuff. Problem + suggestions + actions = solutions.
Frequently solutions are not posted so no one learns of final answer.
I just offered some help on your WH thread, uniqueish complaint, what's the solution etc.

😂
If you have this switch...make sure it's off. It keeps the incandescent reefer light on to warm the compartment in colder Weather.

Sorry guys its been a busy couple days. It was really humid out but my wife turned the lp on and then the fridge. The fridge got cold and then started to warm up. Got to the camp ground and figured out after awhile that she turned on the wrong lp bottle. So I'm guessing the residual gas in the lines somehow was enough to get the freezer cold. Then from opening the door figuring it out and switching back and forth from shore power to lp trying to figure it out, it just took awhile for it to cool down.
Thanks for the replies. We just got home and cell phone coverage was spotty.

MunkMaster,
OK, didn't see that one coming either.
And it's pretty easy to over fill a door and it interferes with the wire shelf preventing door sealing. Yeah, don't ask my DW how that can POSSIBLY happen.

It seems to be. We woke up the next day and everything was hunky dory and continued to be for the next several days.
