External LP gas port

The external gas port stopped working sometime between last September and now. We have gas to the water Heater, stove and furnace. I took our grill to another AS and tried it on the external port and it worked. This is the third year for us to use the grill with the external port so I know the combination works like it is supposed to. Any ideas or advice on what to do?

Just curious but do you have a pressure regulator in series with the hose connected to your grill? The external gas port is low pressure and an additional gas regulator will prevent the flow of gas sufficiently for your grill to work properly. I made this mistake before realizing that any connection to the gas port should not include an additional regulator.
