The regulator pictured is supposed to be attached to the cooktop.
The brass center disk is flippable. If I pull it out and turn it over it has NAT stamped in it. What makes me wonder if I even need it is the 10LP printed on the side. I would assume (Not my favorite thing to do when it comes to gas) that that would mean 10PSI on the input side. 11 IWC of gas pressure is equal to approx 2 PSI.
I guess I could just plumb it in and see what happens when I light it

Nat/LP looks right, but I still don't think you will get flow through 2 regulators. I guess to be on the safe side hook it up with both of them, if it doesn't work eliminate the one in the cook top.
