Diesel Heater options for Airstream

We would like some input before make a decision on a heating / fuel system as we are planning our interior design.

We had been considering a Wave or a Dickinson and have read the threads here.

In researching VanLifes, Overlanding etc we are also considering a Diesel Heating system. (Likely won't consider an inexpensive Chinese model though the price would be good)

Could you give us your opinions on the pro's or con's.

Currently researching Espar for interior heat and just read up on Wallas stoves. Yes they are pricey.

We currently have a 61 Globe with original heater that will need to go and a 62 Ambsdr empty shell where we currently use a Coleman catalytic propane heater or a Mr Buddy.

Thanks in advance for the dialog.

Can't speak directly to diesel heat in an Airstream but can tell you that we had an Espar diesel heater in our 42' Grand Banks boat and it performed flawlessly for the 12 years we owned her. The boat sat in the water year around (Puget Sound Area) and the Espar was left on all winter.
