Appliance Start up

I have just received a gift of a 1977 31' International ( Rear bath )
I have puchased new tires, new batteries, new propane valves and filled the tanks. I have connected 110 volts and all works fine.
What is the start up procedure for the stove, furnace, water heater and refer? Also, I have installed the new batteries, however I'm not getting 12 volts any where on the trailer. Is there a master battery switch?
