Caravan discussion went along the lines of they can have all the caravans they want, however they want to do it, now, this club is not about recognition. (I am surprised that could even be spoken. )
Others mentioned this has passed many units give the members what they want, it is their club. The amendment amendment is basically no rules or restrictions or kitty fee for caravan leader.

Discussion of Nova charter and the word "virtual" meetings must take place at a location and voting can be done on internet. The region 4 president said the unit will hold 2 rallies and could conduct business in person then. The 10 percent quarum of 15 members would be 1.5 The stats are 13 brand new members to WBCCI and 2 former MALs joining NOVA.

One emotional member wanted to know the results of her grievance filed because someone said something about a beloved member of her unit, and yes it was spoken of just that ambiguously. No further information was available. ...grievance versus gripes...another's comments were, "All the money spent on grievances...Cut out the garbage and don't do everything to cut people out." Moved swiftly onto the family and youth report...

The lifetime membership committee recommends replacing the 2008 table with the 2010 table for recalculation. The interest rates being lower now and the membership dues increasing requires that or their fund will be depleted in 10 years. Comments are to try to encourage members to invest in lifetime memberships. Discussion of various investment planning.

Discussion of the qualifications and personal responsibilities of an individual as treasurer...possible outside expertise, accountant, investment counselor...

Investments continued... They want to use someone from within the club with enough smarts to do it and not pay out for service. I think that is probably a step in the right direction that now the emphasis is upon finding a qualifying person for the position, at least in the role of treasurer.

Membership report: Terressa Taylor states that the biggest concern from member's letters is the lack of communication from the IBT and asks if questions that can not be answered in the BB be addressed to the writers also. She mentions the "gossip columns" about grivances and finances and the secrecy members have written of. She mentions that the average member does not have a Blue Book and does not understand the confidentiality of the griveances. She also says the marketing Committee is another matter that prevails from membership.

Watchung New Jersey stands up and gives the IBT a vote of "No confidence!!!!!!!" Because of Leo's ousting. The president is overspeaking the comments from audience and saying stay germaine and the speaker is continuing..!!!!!!!!!!!!!However the speaker finished his piece. YOU ROCK!!!!

Charlie Burke's electronic committee report: Charlie Burke states, "The advertising elements on the forum have been turned over to the Marketing Committee for their administration. All profits will accrue to the WBCCI."

He goes on to say the WBCCI forum is flourishing and supported by Airstream with Schuman's visits and thanks Rich Walbridge and Rhonda Coleman for their contribution of the Facebook and Twitter accounts.
