Excellent jon Leo. You deftly shined a spotlight on the most glaring issue - club voting procedures. has anyone scoured the by-laws? are voting procedures spelled out in any concrete manner?

is this present regime running wild with presidential power and the absence of any checks and balances? of course i'm referring to the powers that be at the top of the wbcci.
