I could not agree more with your comment about the Silver Lining being the people. Thanks for the reminder!

Hi

So it's been about 3 weeks at this point?

Should have been enough for roughly 22 trips to various stores to buy "desperately needed" items and three layers of replacements for those items ... ... ( at least that's what the first few weeks seemed like to me).

Indeed there still seems to be a constant flow of those items going in and out of the trailer, 5 years later ... hmmm .....

Maybe in the pre-Amazon days. Sometimes I feel like Bezos was talking directly to me when he thanked his customers for paying for his rocket flight.

Hi

YIKES !!!

What exactly happened?

A story:

Sitting at JC a while back and chatting with the folks also waiting for their work to be done. You sort of get to recognize faces and wave goodby when they are done.

A couple is done and off they go. Our assumption is we'll likely never see them again. About two hours later, here they are again. Seems they had a couple windows self destruct on the road and are back for "a bit more work".

After chatting for a while the "why?" turned out to be that living at the Teraport / getting the trailer back mid day had them out of synch on their normal pre-departure check list.

The little things can get you.
