Joined ACI, Issues with logging in
Received welcome e-male with our coach number. Tried the "Forgot Password" link and get this error message when I follow the link in email for resetting. "You have tried to use a one-time login link that has either been used or is no longer valid. Please request a new one using the form below." Turned off my PC-Matic malware program so that cant be interfering with process. Any thoughts?

Call them. They have real people who answer the phone, and I'm sure that they will be able to help you reset things.
