The IBT Meetings will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST, January 24, 2019. The meeting usually breaks for lunch from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

The audio will begin approximately 10 minutes before the meeting begins. The microphone will be closed during recess and music will be played during this period.
