Can't do it. Will it be simulcast? Maybe those at home on the forums can listen and get into chat for a virtual rally. I can bring the good snacks. Who will bring the beer?

Congratulations to Region Nine - especially the webmaster and others involved in the 2008 dissemination of information.

It's a shame that WBCCI members need to seek out a unit website to get information that should be available on a national format.

Wake up WBCCI upper echelon - it's the 1950's thought pattern which has not evolved into early 2000 general membership mores and requirements that has left the club in the bind that it is in.

At long last it appears that the real change that will make the WBCCI appeal to those of the Airstream Owners Community who, for whatever reason, are not now interested in the para-military semi-covert structure of the club.

Best of luck to the IBT this year, and kudos to the drafters of the documents….look to the archives of the Airstream Forum Rallies and the Vintage Rallies to see what “Airstreaming” is really about.

I certainly will be interested in what there is to be said. Are you going Dwight? The IBT in Perry I went to, was the fanciest rally I have attended. Was great on the food and beverage. I wonder what the entertainment this time would be like? I wonder how many non-officers will attend. I was definitely a minority as mere member. In fact I would be tempted to say I don't think there were any other mere members but that of course is probably a misconception on my part. But I was asked who I was and noted to be unknown. I was totally solo and had to find a table to join. I accidentally picked a table full of past IPs and after a glance at the tags and recognition snapping in I stayed only a short while at that seat since I had taken Mirna's hubby's place and he had returned. Graciously though she told me to stay seated and continued our conversation and he was sent back to roam. Be aware they "dress" for dinner. I was woefully underdressed in what I had thought was my best rally wear, aka my denim had embroidery where evening wear was what was appropriate for the catered meal.

Wish I was closer. I found it very interesting. Lots of good things happening in Texas, now if you like snow come on over to Michigan. Hope you keep us posted on events. Surely some one from the forum is going. You and your buddy have fun.

I'll be going, with my partner Bob, leaving Brooksville FL on the 8th, two nights enroute, after the rally going to Corpus Cristi for a few days to visit a non WBCCI Airstream friend.......
