Oh yeah - I am a proud first time dumper now too - and Marvin I never got any poop on me or blue toilet paper

But hey the pipe underneath the new Rhinosorus fittings DON"T fit that is a bumber - so I will have to think of something else to stow the poop pipe! For the trip home it went in a garbage bag and tossed in the back seat. Good thing it did not stink or it would have been left at the Flying J's Garbage.

My suspicious tire went a little flat on me lost about 15 pounds - and trust me to find a station with the air hose CUT!! so I had to use my own 12 v pump just takes forever.

Weather was on and off thunderstorms for most of the way.

Took the 407 Paula - and left the Virginia plate on - so you may get something in the mail - it should pick up on my front plate but not sure - if you do just fire up that bill....I will call them next week to clear it up if they have billed that plate.

JUST LOVE THE TRAILER IT IS AWSOME ...

Got home to a surprise that Peter may get another week of vacation so we may just get three weeks in her in about 2 weeks from now!!! - Heading out east......

More later

Do you mean the rhino flex sewer hose connectors are too wide a diameter to fit in the storage tube? Brad ground his down on the exterior ribs of the collar on a wheel for enough clearance and I just replaced the fittings with the regular Valterra ones. They will screw right on or off without tools.

Yep a bit of a sticky matter or is that stinky matter... Hey and I did not know you get to dump at the Flying J for Free!!!

Thanks for the suggestions Carol - perfect I will get the big file out. As it was the cap was on so tight I had to get on the ground to get enough torque I am so darn weak still!!! I had to get a screw driver to make it slide - but not before I had to spray some Jigaloo on it....

Looks like I also need to get me a new Valterra cap - has a small leak - and will have to check that fresh water cock - gosh is that the right word you know the thing that plugs the hole - oh brother making this even worse aren't I... has a drip to it - so thinking maybe a washer??? or new cock valve????

Paula I never got charged GST on the Black Tang Luggage either

Not sure on the name folks - might leave that one up to Peter this time???

But I am liking The "Mod Pod" though....

Suz have you recovered from you Tent Dowsing yet??? How was you dinner out.

A great afternoon in Frankenmuth - no need for captions - just smiles, smiles and more smiles - we had the town in stitches...

Watched the Piped Piper, and browsed the touristy shops....

Well a little note to the Hubby.....Hey you! - sorry my stories were so out there - right down to the Factory leaving a message about the replacement faucet - gosh I have never had to make up so many out and out lies in my life - but maybe once you read this you will understand my "Strange" behaviour....

PS all the while I was talking about Paula's Trailer I was actually talking about YOURS and MINE ::

Thanks to all who helped make this adventure a trip of a life time in a way!

Will post later today of the finale to the great Silver Wedding Anniversary Saga...

OH PS - at the Dollar General my last stop - I had to test the brakes in slamming mode - there is always an idiot in the parking lots thinking like they are on the interstate and can just pull out in front of a TV and Trailer combo and expect us to yield in a second - If I did not have such instincts to save aluminum I would have rammed the &^%$# and tried to get a new Tow Vehicle out of the deal...

and we all await with baited breath (yes I misspelled that deliberately) for the shots of Peter's reaction.

I'm sure Sharon will post those as soon as the paramedics leave.

Great pictures Sharon! The Mod Pod looks very festive. Gosh this waiting is killing us over here. We keep checking back regularly. Hey maybe Peter will post his first impressions and initial surprise.

Maybe he's already whisked you away and you have begun your trip.

Thumbs up Great photos!! Looking forward to more!

Hey Sharon!
What no photos of our kayak stunts on the Red Cedar? Sharon's a fast learner, I no sooner demonstrated how to paddle backwards through an obstacle course and she did it too! That's our story and we're sticking to it!

I'm Alive!!!

...and he is well.....d

No paramedics needed - and have not hung the sign - "If she is a rockin don't come a knocking" yet

Sorry to keep you all in such suspense...

Where to start....

First with all your help - HE HAD NOT A CLUE RIGHT UP TO THE END!!!!!

Even when we drove up and saw the Airstream on the driveway - he asked who's is that - my answer...Oh yeah Dad mentioned that this morning I forgot - it is next doors Cousin up from Virginia and he needed a place to park the trailer until the weekend....Yep very trusting Husband I have!!!

In the meantime I see Annie and Marvin's feet under the trailer running around so they would not be spotted - I almost burst out laughing. Mom was on the front porch and Dad also waiting.

With Timbits in hand he walked up to say hello still not in the "know". So I popped in to get the souvenir (Airstream Coffee Mugs) and then the surprise was unveiled.

Peters first thoughts were - wow she has made arrangements to borrow someones airstream for our Holiday - but he said that idea did not make sense as how would she get it across the border. Once he opened the coffee mug to see the little gift inside (thanks Paula for the key fob!!!) he said that is when he thought Oh my Gosh "Sharon what have you done" - being his first words. Then from there is was deathly silence and a grin from ear to ear -

Hmmm dumb founded would be the best expression... Then it was off to see if the key fits....

...for all you tough guys out there - it is okay to have a little something in the eye

The pictures - although if it were me on the tables turned I would have been up and down like a maniac - but you see that is how we have been married for so long - he is that calming affect - so he takes it one step at a time and it has still not sunk in.

So then the big question - so do you like the model I choose??? Peter being the most honest guy in the world!!! (Really he is-he has never told a lie!) First response - I love it - I have always liked the CCD when they first came out - love the aluminum interior - and the bed we don't have to make up - he actually likes the desk - so the desk is a hit with the guys that are not "Couch Potatoes"!!!! I sure hope he does not see that as a "work Bench"

Well I am off to select the choice photos - and I know there is someone who is dying waiting to post photos too - so go ahead Annie.....Thanks for being part of the surprise!!!!

comment from Peter just coming in (we just finished parking her - that was a tight one too - came within an inch of the Lady Bug!!!!) - Peter - "this is way too much for my brain to handle - and I need to wash her she has dirt all over her!"
