1997 Land Yacht Exterior water connection

This exterior hose connector is next to my black and gray flush system. It appears to have an anti-syphon connector . It is leaking at this connector. Some anti- syphons have a small bolt you loosen to remove. This one seems to have a pin. Any ideas on how I get this off without have remove the entire spigot?

I found a video that shows how to cut it off, but hoping there is another way.

Regarding the spigot itself, it is close to the gray and black water purge, but is it a clear water spigot? The manual does not tell you.
