I recently purchased and almost immediately began living in my 74. Its a rear bath, full bed model. That was how I knew it was the one for me, I couldn't live in it without the bigger bed and the wardrobe/dresser combination on the other side. I live on a property where I have access to the bathroom in the main house, so I use everything except for the bathroom (well, the cat box and other things are stored in there, can't just waste the space!).
At this point I'm still "camping" in it, I just got the electric working -- had to swap out the converter, needed to pay someone to help with that -- it was not nearly as straight forward as I had heard it would be. Now I'm chasing water leaks. So I have full electric now but no water, I have to go outside to use a utility sink for water... and its (freezing!) cold water only. Luckily I like camping. :-)
Every day something else gets fixed, so its getting better all the time. I've found that like everything in life, its all about attitude, the rest is just what it is.
