Mjolnir...problems

Looks like the name Mjolnir (Thor's hammer) name has stuck.. but, has been abbreviated to "Mo"... Mjölnir - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So, here are problems today.. on Roof:
1- all plumbing vent caps cracked/leaking
2- all sealant around vents separating
3- sealant around antenna pulling away
4- skylights all cracked/hazed leaking... and appear to be wrong size for original openings.
5- white roof coating in good shape, but at seams, appear to be separating or worn down..

On windows:
1- front window tinted rock guards missing camlock screw and retainer
2- window seals barely pliable
3- front window tinted rock guard seals appear to let water in top and pool at bottom of window

On windows and door:
1- caulking around top of all windows and the door are pulling away from body of Mo...
2- Door gasket not very pliable
3- side window gaskets appear to be usable for a while

Rather than go off guessing what to do, I have in my hands a 'reseal kit' from Airstream... and will apply judiciously.. first, however, I would appreciate some input... how would you approach these tasks?

Thanks in advance...

I would start from the top and work your way down. Perform proper reseal/replace of all roof openings. As you know, there are ,many threads on each item. Use the Google search function.

IMO, take your time and do each one right. It's worth the time and money to go first quality on sealing out the water.

Agreed. Depending on your climate you can cover the vents with a temporary covering until you get to them. I use kitchen trash bags and 3m package sealing tape. I use 3m package tape on the windows too. Yep it's quite an ugly sight but we have had 32 inches of snow here this winter and my trailer is stored outside.

Nice work space! Handy roof rats. Looks like you'll have all those leaks fixed in no time!
